Very rude!!!

The staff member that keeps calling me refuses to give me her name. She is exceptionally rude and keeps on interrupting me when I talk. I am not indebted to anyone, and keep on asking them to stop calling me. They insist om personal info and when I say I am not comfortable in providing this, they just start talking over me again. I have requested the details from them in writing but they refuse. I have googled the company, and have called the number listed but the wall was not answered. When I call the number that was calling me it stays engaged.
