Very Bad Experience from Nu Debt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does this company even have management!!!! I have been trying to get hold of their non existing management team to resolve an account that they took over from MTN which does not exist. All most 2 years they are chasing this account, even after giving them proof from MTN which confirms that the account was closed off. Nu Debt useless employees Rendani and Palesa failed to follow a simple mandate from their customer MTN. They eventually referred my matter to Ntsikelelo who is never available to speak to customer neither his email address exist. I am not sure what you are hoping for because I will not pay the amount that you want from me. This account does not exist use the evidence from your customer and close off the account.
