Useless unhelpful staff. No popi act in place.

I have been divorced for 10 years and I get my x husband's emails regarding his debt. I have been sending Nu Debt management emails to complain I have been phoning to complain yet nothing is done. I just phoned again and they just disconnect my call without fixing the problem. WHY IS THERE SOMETHING LIKE POPI ACT OR HARRASMENT STUFF IN PLACE. I f a useless company like this don't comply. If I see a mother email regarding my ex's debt from them I will lay a complaint to the popi act office.
