Useless NuDebt Management

It is the most horrible service provider. Telkom has always gave me the best service, but since they got Nu Debt to do the financial work, it is one horrible experience. Neither Telkom nor NuDebt want to take responsibility. Nu Debt is keeping on sending me messages that I need to pay my Telkom account, but like always my account was already payed 10 days before the final date on the invoice. If NuDebt send me one more message, I will take them to court for harassment. This company is useless. Just as their Facebook page which was updated last in 2022.
