Useless Company with Useless Staf

A company full of illiterate idiots. How does one get proper assistance from this company who keeps sending me emails and messages calling me all day claiming I owe them (Telkom) but cannot assist me in getting answers from themselves or Telkom I've contacted them directly to find out what their issue is and find out how I can sort it out but I just keep getting a "We'll get back to you" and literally seconds after getting off the phone with them it's either someone else calls me and tells me I owe them money or they email me a you have 48 hours to make a payment of we'll issue a warrant for your arrest
