useless company

Nudebt management debited my account last week Tuesday morning and haven't told Telkom mobile that they have debited my account. When I call the call centre they cant find my file and they cant access my account .How the hell did they debit my account when they don't have my details on file.Nudebt management is a useless company that has *********** call centre agents. Both Nudebt management and Telkom mobile are useless companies and ****** chancers.Where has it ever happened for a payment to reflect in 14 days. I want my damn account unlocked today.
