Urgent: Lack of Response to Emails & Payment Acknowledgements

Dear NudeBT Collections,

I am writing to express my disappointment in the level of communication from your company. Despite my consistent efforts to reach out and resolve my account through proper channels, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from your office.

To date, I have sent several emails regarding payment arrangements and proof of payments. These include:

2 April 2025 at 12:21 PM to *** – requesting a payment arrangement.

14 April 2025 at 12:49 PM to *** – in which I outlined my financial situation and proposed a realistic payment plan.

30 April 2025 at 02:01 AM to *** – with proof of payment attached.

16 May 2025 at 01:53 AM to *** – with another proof of payment attached.

3 June 2025 at 04:03 PM to *** – also including proof of payment.

It is extremely concerning that I have not received a single response acknowledging my payments or the efforts I have made to communicate. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on your organization and causes unnecessary frustration for clients who are attempting to cooperate in good faith.

I kindly urge you to review the above-mentioned emails, acknowledge receipt of the payments sent, and confirm the status of my account as soon as possible. despite all my payments the amount went from R7000 up to R8089. on 2025-07-26 an amount of R1875.92 being deducted from by bank already negative -R60.87 bank account. this company, without my knowledge or consent did "Debi check" on my account without me approving the debit order. this practice is *******. they can at least respond to any of my emails. I await your urgent response.
