Unsatisfied customer

What type of a business is this, I recently paid debt via their link sent to me on Monday. I had to call them numerous times trying to find out if my number has reflected yet. Taken to pillar to post I finally got to know if it reflects and the said to me it takes 7 to 14 days for my payment to felfect on telkom side this is total bull sh*t
