Unresolved billing dispute

Ref ND*** As per ref number above. Nu debt management is ****ming me by sending an email for letter of demand, 1st may 2026 I've paid R200.to them and send proof of payment, but they are sending emails of letter of demand to me and my wife attention to me. My concern is that the email is R24 per email, they are sending more than 20 emails to me which cost me more than the money I'm paying, I've tried to talk to them but they are arrogant. I then decided to stop paying because it's a waste. Maybe I can start to pay when they fix their errors as to me it's a day light *******. Atleast if they can send one emails or two emails not everyday. I've also opted to go to their regulating body. Regards Tinyiko
