Unprofessional, no communication and ***** thats Telkom People

Just wake up to find a bank notification from thi Nudebt.I was thought telkom is professional when i took a phone witg them.My contract elapsed on december and january they deducted R99 which i dont know what i it for,i then reversed it hoping that they will call and explain to me what is it for.Noone called today on the 4th,they deducted R75 on my account through that Nudebt.Anyone ine who can atleast helo me understand why telkom is not communicating with customers before they trash our names to the debt collector company?is not like i cant afford that R100 they took just that i ddnt uderstand what was it for because the send me a month before my contract could elapse that 'this month will be your last month of your contract'.This companies are full of ****s
