Unprofessional and Misinformed!!!

<p>NuDebt acting as collecting agency for NEOTEL has no clue what is going on between the clients they are collecting funds from, their own consultants and collections department. After giving them a call, the call centre lady put me through to the supervisor who then asked me to confirm my reference number again. after giving him the reference number he still asks me what the amount was i paid. Why be so flippen lazy, you got the reference number check it up yourself. and this after the call centre woman already confirmed that payment was in fact made. the most frustrating part of this whole experience was that they called me on the 11th of May wanting payment and i paid it immediately. 2 days later Neotel phones me telling me that a request for refund was submitted to the finance department for funds due back to me. Today, 17 May i get another sms from Nudebt stating 5 day notice please pay!!! like reallyl..... do you guys know what is going on in your business, or get your people trained accordingly!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHECTIC!!!!!</p>
