I have been calling and emailing the supervisor, who I believe is *********** in finding a solution, because I have a serious problem with Nudebt and the way they handle the finance matter. She has insisted that she escalated the matter to the appropriate person since November 28, 2024, and she has continued to do so even after I have informed her and provided her with evidence that I require the paid-up letter.
