Unnecessary Debit orders

They keep debiting the whole amount, when i even make arrangement with them, when i question them to point at telkom, and vice verse. No they want to blacklist me, even when i have communication willing to pay the arrangement. some of the consultant are rude. How can i pay bank charges and the arrangement , even when i have ask them via emails not to debit so i can pay, but they still debiting. I have been sending emails to elanie jack but still continue to debit, when i want to pay.
