******** withdrawal of money from my account after Telkom does not deliver!!

<p> Nu Debt withdraw money from my account after my account with Telkom was handed over to Nu Debt. I signed up for LTE WIFI with Telkom at the end of July 2016. I did not receive service at times and most of the time no service/signal. Very bad service from customer care and no service from technicians. They also handed me over to NU DEBT because I did not pay for very bad / no service from TELKOM. I was not at all able to talk to a manager or team leader or anybody at Telkom that is able to cancel the contract. <br />I Called Nu Debt on 22 November and talked to Cineswalo. She said a team leader will call me. No one called me! I also sent them a WhatsApp to 081 ********** </p>
