******** conduct, damages caused.

I have been harassed by NU DEBT, in respect of a Telkom account which I closed in October 2012. I have communicated this on numerous occasions. I also informed them that even if I did owe money which I deny they are not allowed by law to collect money older then 3 years. I have now been blacklisted. I run my own business and they have ********ly and without proper legal process infringed on my constitutional right to take part in the economy. I challenged them to issue summons against me so I can defend same and take a punitive cost order against them and they ***ardly responded with a blacklisting. You cannot access their website and it seems they are not registered with the debt collectors board, as I performed a search on the official website of the debt collectors board.I will now proceed with a High Court Application, and really teach them a lesson with costs, and I will keep the media informed of my progress.
