Unhappy client

I have a very horrible experience with this company, it has been 2 weeks since i paid their account and when i call them for allocation I am being taken from pillar to post by the following Palesa Mahadi Ulain And Karabo " the supervisor"

They are totally unprofessional and unhelpful
