UNHAPPY ABOUT SERVICE

Hi

I was handed over for a tv license I paid BEFORE IT WAS DUE. After numerous emails they accepted the proof of payment and said that this issue will be corrected. That was in Feb/March

Now they are harassing me again for the same thing. It is so frustrating that they canmot do their jobs properly. And to top it all off TV LICENSE ONLY DUE LATER THIS YEAR
