I have been promised from last year that you guys are going to investigate the negligence from the SABC regarding my cancelation on my TV license. After fighting with so many of your agents, they all said that they would log an investigation several times and when I tried asking for reference they kept on saying that I will receive an email, but they kept on saying that they had copied me into the emails sent and I have been waiting for almost a year for these so-called emails and replies and then months later you guys keep on harassing me with payment threats!!!

What are you guys going to do about this to get this resolved as I am not going to pay one cent of this so-called outstanding payment I have to pay the SABC. Now I have made this public so all can see how you guys operate and I am still waiting from the SABC to contact me as well regarding the cancelation on my tv license as they just ignore any and every attempt from me to contact them and cancel my tv license as I have not owned a TV in almost 3 years now!!!
