Unauthorized payment

Good day, I need help as a company= NUDEBT deducted money out of my bank account without my concent as I never received a call from them, I don't deal with them but yesterday they debt money= R494 out of my account without my knowledge and concent. It was a unauthorized debt. I've email them now and waiting for their response. BUT I am still furious as they can just debt money out of my account without my consent and I still don't know where they got my banking details from.
