Unauthorized Debt Order

<p>Good Day. I have had an arrangement to have my Tv license outstanding amount for last year to be debted for 3 months, which you guys did. Now i started getting smses that money will be debuted on my acoound for this year tv lisence amonut which i had no arrangement wih anyone to debt on my account. </p> <p>I phoned one of your consultant before the money was debted and he was aware and said he will investigate but nothing, the money was debted. now am receiving smses that a trace locator has been added to my credit bureau profile whats that and for what?</p>
