Unauthorized Debiting
For several months my FNB account is being debited by Nudebt for huge amounts, however, to this date I have not received any correspondence from them as to why. Description is normally NUDEBT TELK # for amounts ranging above R800.00. If this is regarding my Telkom Account, this is paid up so I am puzzled for what this actually is. Also, I have noticed that they respond by saying they are debt collectors for Altech Auto, however, I have no account with them. Please get in touch as I have no idea what this is for and the bank cannot assist me more than saying the deduction is from Nudebt. I will however proceed with legal proceeds as I believe this is ***** and theft!
