Unauthorized debit order

Company took R3334 out of my account without my consent. Was direct to email Elaine but till today no correspondence from her as i require that amount to be refunded back into my account as it was taken without my concern. Their watsapp number also u text no one gets back to you but its a business number. Telkom did specify that it is nu debt that took my money but when i call them they don't assist me.
