Unauthorized debit order

These people are running 2 debit orders on my account at anytime they want and incurring charges on my account for insufficient debits due to me being unemployed.I have never given them a mandate to collect on my account and I want them to stop this as it is ******** to send debit instructions in my account without my authorization.Capitec is alo at fault because they do not verify these companies.I will take this upwith consumer protection if they continue to do this.If I have an account to pay I will do so when I am employed.Rectify this because it is incurring charges on my account which I cannot afford.
