Unauthorized debit order.

I recently saw an unauthorized debit order on my FNB account from this company [Nu debt Management]. I do not recall giving any consent for my account to be debited with R180.00. What is the complaint procedure for this company, and I want to know which company you acted on behalf of to debit my account without my consent.
