Unauthorised debit orders

<p>There is a compnay called Nudebt Collection services that are taking debit orders off our corporate account with telkom reference numbers. Nudebt cannot be reached on their land line . The land line just</p> <p>rings and rings until it goes dead and their cell number does not connect. The reference number changes everytime and our bank tells us that if a debit order goes through with a change of amount or change of</p> <p>reference number then the bank honours it. The bank is the go between us and this Nudebt place and are reversing each and every debit but these debits appear ********** because we have one account with telkom which we pay by eft. Anyone have any suggestions.</p>
