Unauthorised Debit from My Account – No Agreement with Nu Debt Management

I am extremely frustrated and concerned after noticing that Nu Debt Management has debited my bank account without my consent.

I have no agreement, no account, and no dealings with this company. I’ve never signed anything, nor have I given them permission to access my banking details. This is a completely unauthorised debit.

When I tried to call them to sort this out, my call was cut off, and no one has called me back since. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when dealing with people’s finances.

I want answers:

Why are you debiting my account?

Where did you get my banking information?

Why is no one responding to me?

I expect an immediate refund of the amount you took and a written explanation. If this isn’t resolved ASAP, I will take this further with the bank, ombudsman, and possibly report this as *****. Sort this out!!
