Unathourized ***** Telkom account.

Good Day Please stop harassing me with your messages and calls regarding an unauthorized ***** debit order from Telkom. You are good at calling and send messages but very *********** and unprofessional in responding. Let me clarify this again with you. I DO NOT have any product with Telkom. The Telkom account that is on my name is ***** and I've contacted Telkom several times to investigate and cancel this unauthorized ***** debit order on my name. I have sent affidavit, proof of residence, id copy and bank statement for the matter to be investigated and cancel the debit order. The *********** people from Telkom has hand over the ***** account to Nudebt instead of assisting me to resolve this matter. Please stop calling and sending me messages, that account is *****, and this is ruining my credit record.
