UNACCEPTABLE RESPONSE- STILL WAITING TO OBTAIN DETAILS OF ALLEGED CLAIM

I received in an estate i am winding up notice from a family member of the deceased that a demand had been sent from Nudebt. I called and was told that i could not be assisted as i had called the MTN collection section even though i dailed Nu Debt's Website located number. Still waiting to be called and am wondering if this is a **** amount for *** reference.
