Nu Debt has bought over an account from MTN then just started sending SMS's with threats and payment links without making contact with me. I want to dispute the amount but no contact details of theirs goes through. I want to find out about certain things about the account but I'm unable to. Furthermore, they put the full amount they are claiming as an installment on an account and this affects my credit score and affordability.
