TV LICENSE

New Debt Management is trying to collect my spouse's TV License arrears from me - they disregard marriage regimes and the law that governs responsibility for someone else debt.

There is also POPI, which protects my personal information form being given to people like this - my ID and contact numbers have never been given to the SABC or their agents by me!! Not playing by the rules SABC!!!

When I pointed it out to them, asking to speak to a lawyer, they had no lawyers !!!!

When I asked a question, I was told they couldn't give information to a third party!!!! The rules apparently don't apply to trying to collect money from a third party!!!e
