Tshidi from Nudebt

I have never in my life received such disgusting service from a company and its employees to name her specifically "Tshidi". After 2 years I contact your company to do enquiry about an account that only your company has record of. Handed over from Telkom, yet telkom has no record of the account any long as the account was settled but telkom being your client who else are you then getting your information from? I have asked for more information regarding the paid account and Tshidi tells me your company will not get back to me, so do you expect me to even consider paying anything to such an *********** company which is looking very much like a ********** company and trying to get money out of consumers. Your standard of service sucks big time and I am getting fed up. If this issue is not resolved I will be taking it further.
