THREATS BUT NO EMAIL FEEDBACK!
<p>We keep getting threats about an account that is in arrears dating almost 6 years ago! Although we've sent MULTIPLE EMAILS ********** - WE HAVE RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE YET YOU KEEP THREATENING US WITH LEGAL ACTION!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>URGENT!!!</p> <p>Please send me a STATEMENT of the account from inception showing all payments made and those presumably missed. The latest invoice is of no use, and only indicates an outstanding amount according to your records. Once I have the statement I will contact the bank to request backdated statements in order to reconcile and then take this matter further. I am not blindly paying an assumed outstanding amount, without substantial proof!!!!</p> <p>I would also like to insist on the following:</p> <p>a. Original Contract stating the inception date of this contract and the device ordered at the time.<br />b. All communication proof from Autopage Cellular in their attempt to contact us for a demand of payment from the time the account was in arrears.</p> <p><br />Please supply me with this information ASAP, alternatively, I have no option but to take this further with my legal advisor. According to law, All standard delictual and contractual debts have a prescribed debt period of 3 years, and this contract goes back a long time since we've been Vodacom subscribers for almost 7 years now. There is no way we would have been able to sign a contract with Vodacom if there was a pending contract in arrears with Autopage.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm afraid that without substantial proof you are barking up the wrong tree and I will not be subjected to your threats.</p> <p> </p>
