Threatening and unfair attitude

I work as the managing director for a company. Nudebt demand R28548.14 on behalf of Alltech Autopage. They cant give me any recognition of this amount. Also have I requested the recordings and none was sent to me.<br> <br> I am very unhappy about the way the make you the culprit even though their backdoor is also left dirty. They are steamrolling selfish forward without giving attention to the customers side. I will like to warn them that if this keeps on going i`m going to the ombudsman for credit. They also keep calling without any need and expect us to pay for it.<br> <br> They cant understand that the act of 2008 in connection with private companies specifically says that the owners/members/ shareholders/ or directors does not have any liability towards the companies debts unless their is surety given by a person and then only that person have a liability incl the spouse id married in community of property and that the company is a identity on its own .
