Threat of blacklist on credit bureau

Demand have been sent to my e-mail address with regard to payment default to \ER Consulting Inc\". the defaulting party is a Mr. David Schalk Smith, which is not myself. I am David Andrew Appleton Smith. I rep**** to the initial demand explaining the wrongful identification but no reply was received, only a threat to inform the Credit Bureau of payment default. I have subsequently sent another e-mail to NuDebt Management explaining their mistake & reminding them of my previous e-mail sent on 25/3/2016. I have had this problem before with another debt collector which was eventually resolved via Hellopeter. It appears that certain debt collection agencies do not do proper research to trace the correct contact details & in doing so cause undue stress for people like myself. I consider this to be undue harassment & would like this to be resolved.<br> I am NOT a bone fide customer of NuDebt Management as per above explanation."
