They have uns****ed people and know not what they are doing.!!

After we Paid our Nudebt/Neotel outstanding account which was not even our fault they gave us a 20% discount on the outstanding account. We paid it 3 months ago.We even received a paidup letter , but they did not even do there job properly. We now are told that there is a amount if R500 outstanding after they confirmed that the account was paidup. Clearly there is chaos and uns****ed people working for the useless institute. I cant even Rate there service below 1 cause there service cant even be 1.. They just want Money Money and more Money thats how they do business. I honestly don't know how this Company can even be floating.!!!
