THERE IS HELP FROM THE COUNCIL FOR DEBT COLLECTORS!! USE THEM.

I have read all these reviews and I share your pain over this ************ company. I do not want to bore you with similar stories, but suffice to say, they did Blacklist me BEFORE making ANY contact with me and BEFORE sending any proof of an account or contract. This, by law, they have to do. Guys, put your complaint in to the COUNCIL FOR DEBT COLLECTORS. I did and the service delivery is beyond fantastic. I was sent heaps of forms to fill in, and then attached documents and transcripts of emails etc. 2 days later I received an email with a Case Number and the referral to an Advocate. If you ALL complain to this council about NuDebt, they have to investigate. PLEASE EVERYONE, THIS COUNCIL IS JUST FANATSTIC!!! PS. I offered to send NuDebt dozens of emails of the transcripts with Telkom proving my case and Telkom's acknowledgement thereof, but I was ignored. In addition, check out the eye watering Interest Charges NuDebt use!!!
