There are no words to Describe

First I think Hellopeter should make it possible to give a rating of zero stars for companies like this one. First I was bombarded with calls saying I need to pay my TV License as I am behind with R 1400 and some change. I've requested to have get a statement from January 2017 to December 2019, as I know that I've made payment years in advance during that time. In the mean time one of their agents called me and I asked her to check my payments between the time period mentioned above. She checked on the system and found that I am actually up to date with my payments. Then my account was apparently given over to her senior who is now the one responsible to "fix" this problem. I've been sending email, calling using the WhatsApp platform just to get hold of them but nothing, they don't answer when you call (To date tried to call them over 50 times) Still waiting for my call back, replay to my emails and still no statements. Then to top it off the SABC is still adding penalties every month

It's now been over a month still nothing. Worst costumer service ever. Hopefully I will get a response now
