The height of ********* business practice

<p>NuDebt management is not only ***********, they are also HIGHLY ********* as well as showing absolutely no regard for the rights of customers. My complaint relates to reference number ********** 43. After each sms which I received from NuDebt over the past few months, I have called their call centre requesting clarity as to why this matter is still ongoing. This complaint stems from a Telkom contract which was not cancelled timeously, loss of my documents by Telkom, failure by their employees to follow up on matters, a dismal lack of knowledge and customer service...and who has to be held accountable for all of this at the end of the day? The customer. I have today found out that I am now listed on the credit bureau. And my query is still the same? WHAT FOR? Telkom continued debiting my account long after I requetsed the contract to be cancelled, and only did so after my persistent following up. i have sent through the email confirming cancellation from Telkom to NuDebt on numerous occasions, and more recently to Dineo Maleho, who advised she would send me invoices from Telkom on the 19th of May...but to date, there has been no further contact from her. Is this how NuDebt operates? Fails to provide feedback and then lists people on the credit bureau without their knowledge? This is absolutely disgusting and shows total lack of professionalism and ethics on the part of this company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly attend to rectifying this matter as a matter of urgency, as I am not willing to accept this. Get someone COMPETENT and who understands my complaint to contact me.</p>
