Terrible terrible company

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I don’t know how or when but they have randomly started debiting money from my account! I did not authorize this debit order nor can I see the mandate. To top it all off no one answers the company line and their WhatsApp number is non functional having sent multiple messages requesting for assistance.

What a terrible company, one that deserves to be reported to the ombudsman should I not get a resolution and response by tomorrow

Get it together and stop ********ly *****ing money from people’s account with absolutely no explanation
