In January I was Called By An Agent From Nudebt Management Asking To Settle My Telkom Account Which Ididnt Have A Problem We Calculated The Amount With The Lady Which I Forgot Her Name And IPromise To Settle My Account Within 6Months And We Calculated The Amount Which Was R4920 And I promise To Pay R820 For 6 Months Which I Did Beginning Of June Agent Called Me Again Informing Me About The Outstanding Which Was R1200 And Some Change I Disagree Woth The Agent And I Asked Him To Ask His/Her Teamleader To Contact Me Which Its Never Happen Last In June I Did My Final Payment Last Week An Agent By The Name Called Advising About The Outstanding I Ask To Speak To A Supervisor/Team Leader Delan Who He Advise Me He Cant Get Me The Call Recording For January Which He Refuse To Give It To Me All Im Asking For Is My Call Recording I Dont Mind Paying Telkom But I Dont Want To Be ******
