Terrible experience yet again

I am receiving messages as below Notice of Impending Litigation: GANY you indebted to Telkom acc ********** 69 with R197.00 and fail to pay, a court order may be obtained and summons issued. Call ********** 668. Telkom mobile has confirmed to me that they made an error and someone at their call centre did not save the bank details although they confirmed the same all this during last week they further confirmed all charges will be reversed so why am I still receiving these senses. furthermore telkom has now caused my to be reflected ad a bad later yet the error is on their side.i want a letter of apology from both by debt and telkom advising of their error .
