Telkom service at Nudebt

I am very unhappy with the server my account was in arrears I paid the full balance and cancel the service due to this the accounts still reflects my balance and whe I call nudebt it's either the consultants don't know what they doing or they drop the calls numerous of times my credit score is being effected by this but they don't seem to care they told me to WhatsApp the proof of payment and I did on Wednesday but they still did not revert.
