Telkom and Nudebt management ****

I have been calling them and no answer after they have debuted my account while it was up to date. I missed a one month debit order from Telkom and they handed me over to this company and they blocked my line. I went to the store and they call their customer service line and a consultant advise me to make a payment in order for my lines to be restored. I made a payed double for the next debit order not to go through and this company went and debuted double the amount in my account and when I try calling them they are not answering their calls. I bought R100 airtime and it go finish just listening to their automated line.
