Telkom and NuDebt Management are ****

In 2014 had a contract with Telkom, but I was unable to finish it due to retrenchment in 2015. In 2018 or 2019 I called Telkom to make payment arrangement and I was informed that my account has been written off. It was quiet all this time, in Dec 2020 Telkom deducted money from my Account without consulting me. On the 11th January 2021 I called the and it was confirmed by their Call Centre Agent that it was written off. Three different agents from Telkom told me that even though it was written off, my account was handed over for collections and all three agents gave me three different Collections Company number and 1 of them is NuDebt Management. The other 2 Collections Companies didn't have my details on their system. NuDebt Management deducted money from my account together with Telkom without my consent.
