Telkom and Nudebt incompetence

My Mom had an account Telkom which somehow was handed to Nudebt Trust.(Financial service) We have provided Nudebt multiple time with proof that the account was not in areas and actually had a credit however they keep sending demanding sms. WE have spoke to Nudebt claims consultants multiple times ans submitted proof to them that the account was not in areas to which the response was the system shows areas what must they do. Its either they a ***** or highly *********** . These daily sms are a form of harassment .
