Telkom and Nudebt ******* debit order collections

Can anyone from Telkom accounts please explain why Nudebt is collecting money from my account on last day of the month ahead of my signed agreed debit date of the 05th of every month? I am not even in arrears? I have not authorized Nudebt, nor have any arrangement with Nudebt. According to Telkom service agent, my account has not been handed over to collections. According to a collections agent, they have no record of my account either. WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT TELKOM?? This current practice is unfair and *******!!!
