Telkom and NuDebt are ****mers

I received an e-mail today from NuDebt on behalf of Telkom for a outstanding account that does not exist, the fault and incorrect billing on Telkom's side was correct in November 2022 already and the matter was resolved and yet today I have been handed over to NuDebt.

No one can provide me with more information on the matter at Telkom or NuDebt. This is pathetic at its best from both companies.
