Telkom and Nu Debt Management NON-RESPONSIVE !!!!!
Going onto 2 months now with absolutely NO RESPONSE! When calling the landline, you can NEVER get through to any consultant. Emails have been sent with no response either. I believe that my account is sitting with them via DebtBusters whom I have paid in full to settle my debt. Telkom / Du Debt Management is non responsive at all, and therefore even after paying my debt off I still sit with a bad credit record and no clearance of my name. Nu Debt Management, come on man!
