Talking to NuDebt walls!

This is by the WORST WORST entity that could possibly exist. I’ve been literally hunting them down to point where I had to escalate the matter back to MTN who also failed to completely assist me. Nudebt is impossible to get a hold of. They never respond to emails but are very good and sending vile emails on how they’re demanding payment but they do not respond to emails when you try to set up a debit order to settle said debt! It just makes no sense! Since July 2024 to date I’ve had ZERO assistance on establishing an agreed upon debit order! I’ve asked MTN if I can’t just deal with them directly so this debt can be settled already, obviously MTN was also of no use. So now I must deal with threatening emails but I’m stuck talking to NuDebt walls. Honestly MTN needs to rethink their partnership with this company if they ever want to recover their debts! The incompetence and sheer disregard baffles me!
