takes off whatever they want???

does not even confirm an debt amount with me - just takes off whatever amount they want. owe R970 but take off R1500??? For what I STILL dont know!!! when i give them my id or telkom acc number they so allegedly dont have any details for me but telkom insists they do?? no one can even answer the phone there!
